As per Clickbank’s 30-Day Guarantee, customers are entitled to a refund within 30 days of purchase, if the product can not be used or is not satisfactory.

IMPORTANT: Going to your bank or credit card company to reverse the payment results in a chargeback. This carries a very high additional processing fee, which must be paid to the bank.
